prenatals

My prenatal vitamins are making me so sick to the point where i cant eat. I lost 10lbs and my doctor refuse to change them .. i havent been taking them and i feel way better and can eat .. i gained 7lbs but im nervous .. is my baby ok without me taking them ?

Your baby takes all your nutrients. Prenatals are for you more than baby. I had the same problem you have. If you eat a healthy diet, just stop taking them and take folic acid every day instead. But if you don't eat a well balanced diet, I recommend taking prenatals. You can go to the store and get the gummy kind :) much easier on your stomach than prescription ones

Thank u ladies my dr. Has me on 5 different prenatals .. ima try the gummie kind and i started this diet my mom found for me but imjust nervous thank u

Gummed work every time for those who normally can't take others. Yet there are GREAT organic supplements that are easy on the tummy in case you don't have a perfect diet. Food is always the best source of nutrition for both you and baby.

I had to take mine immediately before going to bed. That way, I'd fall asleep before they were in my system lol.

Mine did the same, until I tried the Prenatal from Garden  of Life. WAY easier on your stomach and body to digest and absorb.

My doctor told me go take 2 gummie Flintstones and then 1 folic acid. It helps a lot
