Bath salts

Are they safe to use in the bath? I got some stress and tension relief before I got pregnant and haven't felt like taking a bath or using them until now, my sides are so sore. 35 weeks.

Never tried but I kinda make my own with Epsom salt and essential oils so I don't see why not
