is it possible i could be pregnatn

The only time i had intercourse during my cycle was 4 days before my period.  We used a condom the entire time.  I am now 8 days late.

I am always on schedule with a 29 day cycle.  The only difference this month is that i did not take my DIM supplement.

Could i be pregnant?

It could be, but oftentimes implantation doesn't occur in 4 days. And this is even if you ovulate that late into your cycle. You would have a short luteal phase which can make pregnancy even more difficult. Based on a 29 day cycle you would have already ovulated. Spotting could have happened from irritation, impending period, etc etc. There are too many causes.

i guess what makes me nervous is because i had a little pink spotting 4-5 days after intercouse...and still no period 6 days later...

i'm nervous that was implantation bleeding...

Definitely too early. You need to wait at least 2 weeks after sex. I wouldn't worry too much, it's doubtful you would be.

Based on the timing and the fact that you used protection makes it very doubtful. If you suspect you are you can take a pregnancy test with first morning urine.

Many things beyond pregnancy can cause a late/skipped cycle, so those also have to be taken into account.
