Weight gain

I'm a FTM, second pregnancy. I'm 27 weeks today, and still very tiny. My pre prego weight was 121, I'm now 148. When I tell people that, they are shocked. I don't look like I've gained 27 pounds! But others say I've gained too much weight too fast and now I'm gonna have a hard time losing it. Is this true? Should I be worried about how much I gain? I wasn't worried at first, I always watched what I ate and I've been eating healthier and smarter since I found out i was prego. But now I'm worried that I'm gaining too much and dint want any complications from it...

Thank you ladies! I try not to worry about the numbers on the scale . But I'm just so tiny idk where I've gained 27 pounds lol my dr hasn't said anything about my weight gain, and everything has been fine. My next appt is Friday and I'll doing the glucose test so I'll ask then if my weight gain is an issue. I do plan to breastfeed so hopefully that helps me lose weight too!

As long as your doctor is not concerned with your weight, I think you are fine. Im 27 weeks and gained 22lbs so far. At my last US appointment, my baby measured within norms. So thats all that counts.
Breastfeeding will help you loose weight quicker too. Just start getting it in your mind that you'll need to focus on exercise and nutrition afterwards. If you put it the work, the weight will come off!!
