When do they start checking to see how far u are dilated?

I believe I was 37 weeks when they started checking me....it was when my 2wk appts ended and I started going every week...then every 2 days.

I just had my 37 weeks appointment and wasnt checked, but my doc thinks I could have the baby before my 38 weeks appointment...hopefully shes right!

Mine they started at 37 weeks. I was not dialted and then dialated to 4 cm overnight and had her at 38 weeks.

With my first they started at 34 weeks because I was having pressure

Thanks. My friend asked me yesterday when I start my 2 week appointments cause that's when they started checking her. But I'm not getting 2 week appointments. At my last one they said they would see me 2 more time then start my weekly appointment.

in the uk they dont like to check u until 37 weeks. x
