You should talk to your dr about it .
But as long as it dosnt burn when you pee there shouldnt be a problem. I had the same thing in the beggining of my pregnancy and it happnds once in a while now. Where i feel my bladder is full and when i go its only a little bit. Ive been told it can also be the baby blocking it. Ask ur dr because you dont want to get an infection. Wich u can easily get by your baby blocking it.

I have a disorder that my doctor diagnosed after having my son.  I'm not sure if it's possible to get it while pregnant or not though.  Basically I always thought I had to pee.  They had me do a test and bam. Have it.  You might want to mention it to your doctor.. and if you're waking up at night from it you should count how many times you get up.
