PLEASE HELP EXTREMELY SCARED!

I've been getting dizzy spells and lightheaded a lot lately and I'm curious to the cause of it? I've taken a few hpt that had a faint positive sign on it, but I thought nothing of it because a few weeks ago I had some spotting. Not sure what it could mean. So I seek an honest answer or result from someone who may know. If you can someone please answer my post.

U got a faint positive if u will feel more comfortable with it being darker do like the pp said and take it in the morning with first pee

Yeah my cycle was supposed to be last may on the 24th.
