Blood in urine w/ no bladder/kidney infection

Okay ladies, so Tues., I went to my OB appt. The nurse said there was blood in my urine. She calls me today and says the urinalysis was negative. She left the message on my machine, so I didn't get to ask questions. So if I don't have a bladder/kidney infections, what else could be causing the bleeding? I'm confused...... FYI, I can't see the blood myself.

I bought some and have been drinking Cranberry juice since. I figured if I don't have one I would atleast try to prevent one. I don't have any symptoms of one. I guess I shouldn't worry unless I do.

Could be kidney stones...I've also seen where a urine test came back neg for an infection because people drink to much water before they give their sample and its too diluted.
