Your body is getting use to the weight shifting.  I'm 36 weeks and had terrible back pain at 16 weeks and they recommend my going to a pyshical therapist. But talk to your doctor anyways and see what else you can do. My mother in law got me a prenatal message at 20 weeks and that helped a lot. And prenatal yoga also helps. Warm bathes, showers that you can a just the stream of water, a heating pad etc

Mine isn't so bad that my body makes popping noises BUT my butt does hurt. I also get light headed easily now and my heart has to pump way stronger because the baby takes a lot of my blood. But anyway I'm going into my 15th week in 2 days. You should try stretching before bed and in the mornings. Or take a nice warm bath and then lotion yourself up. Taking fish oil pills will help with your joint pain as well if you're having issues with that.

My bad I know the question sounds kinda dumb in the beginning but what I wana know is if im the only one, if it's normal or not, like it's weird to me that my butt hurts too..I know you normally get cramps and pain during pregnancy. I jus didn't know how to put the question together, I tried my best to explain..
