Bones cracking and muscles aching

Hi, I am 14 weeks pregnant and this past week my body has been hurting. Specifically my bones are cracking on all parts of my body and my muscles are aching. Is this normal? It's my first pregnancy.

You might try yoga. I do prenatal yoga and it's really helping with the aches and pains. Good to get a little stretching and strengthening, our bodies are working hard. Also helps with stress and worry overall; I look forward to going to class.

Ya.  It ***** sometimes.   Expecially when u get further along and ur hips begin to spread.  To allow room for the baby to come out.       U can take tylenol for muscle aches if its too back.    But stretching helps alot.

It's normal. I didn't remember having body aches with my first but boy did I get them with this one. Just make sure you are getting plenty of fluids and make sure you take your prenatal and get lots of calcium because baby leeches a lot out of you! Sleep well too!

For the most part it's normal! Remember that your ENTIRE body is growing, and stretching in places you didn't know you had! However, if you're really worried about these changes, never be afraid to ask your doctor what they suggest!
