Will the er take your braces off? Im wondering because they were supposed to be taken off last year. I havent even gotten them tightened since the first year I had them. And it will be $700 if I get them taken off at the place I got them put on. They are wearing away at my enamel and causing me to get a serious infection in my gums, which I know is bad when you are pregnant.

I has braces from 6th grade to 11th grade!!! Omg I got screwed!! My parents didn't pay for them bit like twice!!! Finally my cousin was able to work out a deal with them and get them taken off for me. If my son has my teeth I will be dropping money like crazy to get them fixed. Maybe you can try and work out a plan or find someone cheap good luck!

I tried popping the wire off and it wouldnt come off :( the top wire hasnt tried coming off yet. Im so ready to have these off. Im hoping to get an appointment next week sometime in the morning

Girl.. When I was 13 my parents made me get braces and I hated them so bad, I took them off myself with fingernail clippers! Lol it didn't hurt or have any damage at all, so it all else fails you could try that if your up to it! Obviously isn't the first thing you'd want to do but if it comes down to it

It means its time to go in! Whether u have them removed or those things fixed. I used to have braces go in just ask them to bill u

How bad is it if all the little band holding the wires on just came off and my bottom wire is trying to pop off?

Check and see if there are any dental schools in your area. They will usually do things really cheap!

I work at an ER and sadly they won't take your braces off. Sorry... have you tried community dental clinics?

Try going to a different place to have them taken off the hospital won't do it for you. Different place charge differently so I would call around an see if any other places are more affordable for you
