Braxton Hicks maybe?

So this might sound like a stupid question but im a first time mom and im 26 weeks today... Im curious as to what Braxton Hicks feel like because I think I might be having them and im just curious. i've been getting a kind of tight feeling with slight cramps here and there for almost a week now. They are painful once in a while but more pften not & my baby girl feels a bit lower than normal. So is it BH im feeling or should I talk to my doc about it tomorrow at my apt?

Well its always a good idea to bring up any concerns/questions that you have. Thats why theyre there :) is to help you. Also yes, those sound exactly like Braxton hicks to me. Although if they are getting too painful call your doctor asap. Because braxton hicks should never hurt. If theyre hurting you probably are not hydrated enough or have been too active. I get braxton hicks a ton and even worse if i havent drank enough liquids for the day. So if they hurt chug down water preferrably or another liquid and lay down on your left side with a pillow between your legs and the braxton hicks should ease up along with the pain :)
