I have a terrible stuffy nose and sore throat. I'm developing a cough. What are some medicines that are OK to take while pregnant. I can barely breathe over here :/
My ob told me over the counter robitussin or mucinex. Just not the extra strength
I don't really take medicine because I don't want to harm my baby even though some medicines aren't harmful. But I still like to do it the normal natural way. Just Eat alot of chicken noodle soup for your sore throat. That will really help (: & drink lots of fluids like water! & also go & try getting your flu shot? Hope this helps (: youll get better soon (:
