Breastfeed

I have a six month old and am currently 20 weeks pregnant and had stopped breastfeeding due to complications the first three weeks. I am now lactating from the current pregnancy but it is white and milky. Could I try breastfeeding again without causing complications in my current pregnancy

I would ask your doctor. I know u are allowed to breastfeed while pregnant but idk since u already stopped
