Movement?

So, this is my second pregnancy and I'm only about 11 weeks. Am I supposed to be able to feel the baby move yet or no?

This is my second pregnancy and I started feeling little flutters at 14 weeks but no actual movement till 19 and a half weeks. I'm now 21 weeks and can feel her move pretty good now but every pregnancy is different(:

Some women say they do. But nothings wrong if u don't feel the bay this early. It can still take a while
