Ok I have been staying at my family's house for a month and in a week I am going back to live with my bf who is my baby's father again.. while I was gone I found out I am pregnant, we are both excited only thing is he is a chain smoker... He smokes 2 packs a day and hookah I am worried he won't stop doing it around me
Idk what to say to him to get it in his head that it is not going to be around me or in the apartment anymore I hate cigarettes anyways it's so gross and when we first got together he never smoked half as much as I know he does now I don't care if he wants to do that craps go ahead but I don't want it in my apartment or around me and I'm worried he doesn't have enough self control :( meh he's also 2 years younger than I am and very stubborn I know this baby will help him man up but habits like that are hard to break I see it with a lot of people I know

I would think ftmmom221 some people I guess not have the best common sense :-/ he's immature but tells me he won't do it around me but I know it's easier said than done

I wish I knew what to say to him :-/ I'm kind of worried about it now because I know I'm going to have to deal with it once I move back :(
I had to ask my mom and her bf a few times and finally they now always step outside... It's nice to hear from others who know how it feels

I have the problem with my grandma. She won't stop, my husband smokes but NEVER around me. I just think there's really nothing you can, it's him that has to hve the respect and not do it around you when your carrying his baby.

He should understand and except the fact that you're growing his baby and you don't need to be around that mess! My fiance smokes but never around me! He goes outside and when we're in the car he waits until he can go outside to do it.
