I've only heard to stay away from caffine and sugar, which most carbonated drinks have. But the actual carbonation I haven't heard to stay away from that. Sprite has been one of the few sodas I can still drink because theres no caffine in it.
My dr never told me that she said to just stay away from caffeinated drinks.
I think it's only due to sugar contents and carbonated drinks are bad for your health anyway but i'm constantly drinking sprite! I've never been told not to, just have it in moderation (:
ive read plenty of websites that say stay away from Carbonated drinks.. broke my heart :( I even put soda water in my cranberry juice because I love carbonation, especially when I am eating!
I have never heard That. If anything likely the sugar content and caffeine content. Caffeine has been linked with miscarriages over 300mg a day. And all that sugar has been linked with GD and weight gain. Pop is fine, just don't go over two a day. I drink 1 a week

It can make you bloated but I've never been told to stay away. Just caffeine.
I've never heard of staying away from carbonated drinks.? I'd think they would rather you drink sprite to help with your nausea then sit around feeling miserable. Maybe they meant caffeine.? And if that's the case you're good cuz sprite doesn't have any. :)
