Sugar free hard candies or gum
peppermint tea cold or hot
I suck on a lemon and it helps me a lot.
Try some ginger ale soda, chamomile tea helped me too.
Sometime crackers right after i wake up helps me....i also eat before going to bed so my stomach is never empty. I also eat mini meals all through out the day but i never eat anything i dont want too or else im in the washroom hurling my lungs out. Eat what u can when u can and try never to leave ur tummy empty.....apparently ginger is good too but i never tried it
Saltine crackers help me so does drinking alot of water. I had it real bad a few weeks ago so my doctor prescribed phenergan it works great.
