i was suppose to get my period on the 28 i am spotting

I took a blood test and it came out neg but my hcg level was at 14 but the doc
said it was neg I still haven't gotten my period I am only spotting it very like pink
Does anyone have any advice. I took another hpt and I got a bfn don't know wat to think
I have never missed my period

I took first response but this happen to me last year I took 7 hpt
And all I kept getting was a bfn and I was indeed prg and ended up looseing
I was a month and a half

Stay positive.. my first hCG was 7 and my midwife had me come back and re test in two days and it was at a thirty. Which hpt did you take? First response early detection was the only one that picked up my levels when they were that low.

its too hard to say...it may be too early for the hpt to pick it up...best bet is to wait a couple days and try again....a blood test is typically not negative if the level is above 5 so im not sure why the doc said that....try testing again in 2-3 days and then you will know

Ok so ima have to get another blood test cuz I have been feeling nauseas but I don't throw up
I'm trying to get prg so I hope I am and maybe it was too early.

It could be a chemical pregnancy technically anything under 5 is negative anything over 25 is positive. They should have you re test in 48 hours to see if its doubling if it is you are preg if not this sounds like a chemical pregnancy which is where the egg gets fertilized but doesn't do anything else. These are quite common and many people don't know they were even pregnant and just assume it was a late period.
