please help me!!! could I be pregnant ?

Hi I am 23 years old. I have an 8 month old son who is the love of my life, I am married to a wonderful husband. I am currently about 3 or 4 weeks late for my period. I took 5 pregnancy tests maybe in the last 2 weeks or so....I spent over 50 bucks on tests. They all have came back negative!! I want to pull my hair out. I always have had normal periods even after I had my son. I was on BC. But when I started to miss my period I got nervous that I might be pregnant and didnt want to take a chance. So I stopped using them for 2 weeks now. Me and my husband have had sex and not to sound gross he did ejaculate in me many of times. I have had some symptoms such as feeling as though am going to get my period and I would have mild cramping, discharge, hot flashes, dizziness, very moody and not PMS moody, I have a taste for sweets and some reason clams lol. My breasts feel fuller. They do not hurt. I am not sure how long you have to be off BC before you can get pregnant. I have no bleeding or spotting . Yes the cramping came last week and the week before...I thought I got my period went to look and nope nothing. I dont have any health insurance till September it would cost 200 for a visit and I dont have the money. I am spending alot of money on tests. Should I just give up and say hey my period is late and I am not pregnant? I just feel so stuck and am worried something possibly could be wrong. Some say it might be to early to test...I just dont know any advice I would appreciate very much. Or if anybody was in my shoes and pregnant and the same happened to them. good morning everyone, I have not gotten my period in maybe 3 -4 weeks. I had symptoms of pregnancy tests 2 weeks ago it came back negative. Just last night I had a bit of cramping I saw spotting it was a bright pink color. Today, I have a bit of cramping more blood. I have been off BC for a few weeks and have had unprotected sex...is it possible that it could be implantation bleeding?

It could be your pregnant. Is there any walk in clinics around you? or do you have a family doctor? Like smjmekg said they can do a blood test to find the results 100%. It could also be that your stressing out, thats making your period all whacky.

I was on b/c and got off because I thought I was pregnant, well I wasn't. It took forever for my period to start. It could be that you are pregnant, and it could just be that your body is now trying to adjust to not being on b/c. But, the fact that you've had sex since stopping the birth control doesn't exactly lower your chances. Wait a week and see what happens, if you still don't get your period test again or see the doctor for a blood test.
