Can't Breathe

I'm 35+4 and I can't find a position to fall asleep in where I don't feel like something is sitting on my chest. I can only take slow deep breaths. All of a sudden my belly feels extra hard and extra tight like its at its breaking point, and I was just fine 2hours ago. I'm extremely tired but I can't breathe like I normally do. I've had the nights where I can't sleep due to the certain positions im in, but now it's just the point I can't breathe properly in ANY position. Is this normal or do I need to go to the hospital ? Please help
