Can't keep anything down...

I haven't been able to keep anything down all day long, I've even tried just sipping water and that still comes up within 15-20 mins. This happened about a week and a half ago and I ended up having to sleep it off. I would do that now but the problem is I'm sooo hungry and super thirsty.. Any tips?? I'm 7 weeks by the way.

Thank you! I've actually heard of eating saltines in the morning and I just got some from the kitchen and put them on my nightstand.

And I was considering whether or not I should go to the emergency room since this is the second time it's happened but I'm probably going to just try and sleep it off again and tell my doctor about it on my next visit. Thanks :)
