So my pelvis and hips hurt so much I can barely stand up and support my body let alone walk! The pressure hurts so much! Anyone else experienced this? I'm 36+5

i have experience this for almost 3 months and ill be having my son in 2 weeks what helped me a little bit was have your man slowly lift your leg not to where your leg is straight up and then bend it in towards your vagina and slowly move it

You can try the pelvic rock or bounce on a ball. That's what my doctor told me to do

Is there anything I can do to relieve it just so I can walk to the loo without being in serious pain?

All thru both pregnancies. With my first, I ended up with a slipped disc. Not fun.

I've had it since my 2nd trimester. I go to a chiropractor and get adjustments almost once a month and it really helps a lot. Sometimes I get out of alignment a few weeks later and have extreme pain.
