Cereal !!

Is eating cereal everyday bad ?
Like it's what I crave & I been eating it in the mornings mostly everyday with a banana on the side.
I usually just eat KIX , honey bunches of oats or corn flakes .

I ate cereal every morning of my pregnancy. I loved it especially the healthy kinds. I am now almost 3 months post partum and I've only eaten cereal once. Weird how pregnancy works lol. But it is very healthy packed with vitamins and getting calcium from milk. Good healthy quick fix.

Cereal is actually pretty good because of the grains and folic acid in it, & it's been my best-friend during pregnancy I crave it too.
