Chance of pregnancy?

So my boyfriend and I spend a lot of time with eachother and sorry for the TMI but I've been stressing over this so much. We were on the couch watching TV when things kinda got heated up. Pretty much we did oral and I was on his lap and I rubbed my clit on his penis but it never touched my vagina and I never touched his head. I've done tons of research and found some men have sperm in pre *** and some don't and many other things how it's rare to get pregnant that way (although I know it's possible) and I am also a virgin (we haven't decided if we want to). I also read that saliva kills sperm on many medical websites. I've been stressing out very much since that night (the weekend before last) because I really can't afford to be pregnant at this point in my life. I know stress can cause many things to the body and I know missing periods is a cause and I've been VERY stressed out. Could I be pregnant? (Sorry it's long)

There is no way you can get pregnant if you didn't actually have sex? Sex and penis inside you is what gets you pregnant nothing else

Don't quote me but I would say no way...it's no way.... Although women can conceive off of pre ***(I'm a living witness) you guys didn't actually have sex...
