EPO

Hi ladies i was wondering if any of you have used everning primrose oil,in aid of producing more cm,i do produce a little but not as much as you should.i drink plenty of water.but very rarely produce the ewcm.i was using guafesin sorry think spelt it wrong.it did work,but someone told me epo is also good,any other ideas or suggestions,be much appreciated..

another question my partner had a sperm test and all was ok his morphology wasnt the best,any way of correcting this,many thanks.

I was just looking up about what you said about epo very interesting,however you insert them during pregnancy,im not at that stage yet.hopefully soon,im after trying to find someone who uses them to produce cm.isnt it strange,i give plenty of advice if i can ever help,yet when want advice yourself seems no ones around.so thankyou very much for your reply..

You can either  take the EPO, or you can poke a small hole in the capsule, and do them as inserts in the vagina... Either way they work.... Also, EPO comes in handy when you stretch your perineam....
