Im 25 weeks, what can i take for stuffy nose, runny nose, fever, headache etc???

Claritin, benadryl, and Dr told me Sudafed as long as your out of 1st trimester.

I've asked this same question before to my doctor and they said you can take tylenol and gave me the names of other meds but i get to scared about all of that. Just do tylenol and a warm tea will also help:)
