Confused,Sad and Waiting

So, I am 7w preg. Have had bleeding for one week + 1 day. Brown blood..with tissue loss tho. My baby has a strong heartbeat 128bpm. My initial pregnancy symptoms (breast tenderness, bloating feeling) have almost gone away. My breast fullness has not gone away though. I went for an intravaginal ultrasound  on 9/2 because I was so worried about miscarrying but everything looked great. My appt today...not so much. The doc said my baby didnt grow in size as it should between the 2nd and today (5th). He was basically preparing me for my miscarriage...telling me that it may happen over the weekend. My question is...can intravaginal ultrasounds give different results depending on who is the technician giving the ultrasound. I had two diffrent ultrasound techs. The first one at 6weeks was good, the 2nd one at 7 weeks was bad. The heartbeat is still really good both times.....Im just so confused

Keep your chin up, sweetie! Women can bleed in pregnancy and everything turn out fine. Plus, growth in 3 days seems improbable to detect that early. Don't opt for a D&C and don't take a pill to help miscarry. You could very well have a very healthy little baby. Just wait it out! It's all you can do...

The fact that you saw a heartbeat is a great sign. I bleed from weeks 5-10 of my pregnancy almost everyday with bright red blood. Has clots in it as well. My daughter is now 8 months old and as healthy as can be. Early ultrasound dating can be off by a week I know that one week she would measure on schedule and then a week later she would be measuring a week behind. The fact that you saw the heartbeat is a good sign. I know how scared you must be right now because I've been in that same place but I have faith it will work out for you the same that it did for me.
