When do symptoms stop?

I'm currently in my 10th week.  I've noticed that my symptoms have started to disappear (nausea, vomiting).  Are they supposed to disappear this soon?  I thought it wasn't until after the 12th week?  Should I be concerned?  I had an internal u/s at 8 weeks and they found a strong heartbeat at 160.

Thanks, I know I overreact and excessively worry about everything.  I just know a few people who have had miscarriages so that makes me anxious.

Your symptoms will def. fluctuate. Some days you may feel like you have the flu and other days you may not even feel a twinge of queasiness! Try not to over-analyze each and every feeling or you're going to worry yourself crazy during your pregnancy! Enjoy this time!!!

Thanks Chantal and miko_latte.  I usually get nausea/vomiting int he morning but NOTHING this morning.  I did have some mild queasiness after I ate lunch though so hopefully everything's okay.  Thanks I feel better!

Yea, I was told by 12 weeks my syptoms should go down, but my sickness has only gotten worse for some reason, can't keep my food down.  But like Chantal said you sound fine...I'm almost 5 months and everymorning wake up with morning sickness...=(

It's very common to have some of your symptoms fade by the 10th week. You are just getting closer to the 2nd trimester. As long as they haven't disappeared completely and you are not cramping or bleeding, I would not worry.  Many women on here (including myself) have experienced this. You sound just fine!
