Induction- ftm help

I have an appointment Frfar then haven't been for like a month,my due date is Monday and I haven't been because my transportation collapsed.  If I ask do you think my doctor will set a date to do so since my due date is next week and such? I haven't had any contractions whatsoever and have a feeling I'm going to get stuck having to go to the hospital that is closet to me to have my girl (It stinks I transferred farther cause is wasn't taking care of us right )  but I feel like if I'm not induced or set for a c section (which I really don't want) I'll get stuck at the chappy hospital.  Help I'm a ftm and don't know much about this
