Thats how i was at first and i still get them from time to time but your body gets use to not having all the soda that much,it takes time but you can do it. Just decrease every week and youll get there.

You are allowed 200mg of caffeine a day.  I can't see why you can't have a soda daily..just try keep it to one soda.  If you are a coffee drinker too then you might want to alternate days so you're not over doing it.

You should work on cutting it to maybe a few times a week not a day bc of the caffeine intake, and just be sure to flush your system with tons of water. Trust me i know its hard bc i was the same with my first by the time i had my second and this one its mainly water and juice. We are all different your body will let you know. Good luck
