worried about weight

My doctor said I'm gaining 3 pounds a week when I should be gaining 1 a week. I was 130 before I got pregnant now I'm 177 he says if I continue my weight gain I'll be 215 by the time I have my son. I don't eat much but I don't do much either ;\ I'm just worried I won't loose all my weight easy & would like some comments about what I can do to fix this. I know I should walk more. What else could I do ?
I'm 31 weeks and due June 6th

I'm the same way..I was 155 pre pregnancy and now at 32weeks at 193

With my first I went from 150 to 230, not once did my doctor  ever mention that it was too much even though I know it was, I really wished I would have been more  careful  it's really  hard to take off

I was 134 and now 162 at 25 weeks lol

I was 125 and now 160 at 28 weeks. Everyones different.

Switch out sweets for fresh fruit, switch out coke for water, and plenty of walking! I'm due in 2 weeks and have only gained about 13 pounds... I did lose weight at first because I got super nauseous though

My first bby i was 140 when i had him i was 215 :-/ .lol but 7 momths later i was 145 again !! Ull lose it it jus takes time n motvation !

Thanks Brina that was reassuring because i was 125 and now im 170. My baby is due June 16th

Don't worry....I was 107 and now I'm 170. I'm due in 8 days. It will be fine!

Walk. Just get up and walk. It really helps your body prepare for labor. Swimming is awesome, too. And yoga. Get those hips moving, girl.

Well I was worried that I wasn't gaining enough weight. I was 127 before I got pregnant, I lost like 3 pounds and now I'm 139. I'm a week away from being 8 months
