^agree...try some dark leaf green veggies. Raw spinach is good, or even try prune juice at room temperature. Walk around afterwards to get things moving. Take care
Make sure you get enough green foods in your diet. They help break it down so you wont be constipated. Trust me i spent almost two hours on the potty because of constipation. The only instant relief would be if it had already crowned would to walk.
Juice, chocolate milk, eating fruit, fiber cereal like mini wheats, bran cereals, Milk of magnesia...colace stool softener, fiber supplements.
