I wouldn't personally. What if you went into labor??? That would be scary. lol Pluss your at high risk of dvt late in pregnancy and sitting long periods of times makes it worse.

My doc said no traveling after 36 weeks

I got told by my Dr that I'm now not suppose to go anywhere more than an hour to two hours away from my hospital. So no car rides or etc. Everyone is different though I suppose

Yea its fine I did when I was that far along I had the same timing as well just every time you stop go an take a walk

Yes it would be safe, but I wouldn't if I were u! Your really far along, and it would suck to go into labor 5 hours away from your hospital!!

The ride is extremely uncomfortable and anything can happen that late in pregnancy

I personally wouldn't risk it since your so far along!
