I feel like I've been hit by a truck!!

This really sucks.  Over the last few days my head and chest have become really congested, I have sinus pressure/headache. During my last pregnancies I took Psuedoephedrine but now I read that it and phenylephrine should be avoided in early pregnancy.  I'm miserable but what can I take!??!?!  I know tylenol is safe.  But what about for my sinus'?

LOL...this particular tenant thought she would start off the new year by sending us a letter threatening to hire a lawyer becuase of some nit picky sh!t that wasn't fixed, when she signed the lease to the house as is.  Also, a car running from the police hit the porch a few weeks ago and we are still waiting for the insurance adjuster before we can get the go ahead to fix it.  She thinks she's gonna withold rent to get things fixed.  I hate to burst her bubble but she has no legal standing to withold rent.  With me not feeling good she picked the WRONG day to start this ****.  Mind you this is a woman who has NEVER paid all of her rent on time since day ONE.  Sorry for her but if her rent isn't paid by the 10th she's getting booted to the street.   Sounds heartless but when you've heard as many bs sob stories as I have you tend to get a hardened heart.  Especially the ones about relatives who must have nine lives--the ones who say they can't pay their rent becuase auntie so and so died....even though she died like 5 months ago and was used for an excuse then.  

On top of the 50 something rental properties I handle, I'm also the administrative assistant to 4 people for this construction company (they do construction and have rentals on the side) so it's "welcome back to a pile of work" for me.

I cant take benadryl either.  When my doc told me that was Ok to take I said ARE YOU CRAZY?  Do you know what that does to me?  I cant imagine what it does to the baby!

Thanks.  I can't take benadryl during the day, it knocks me out completely.  Last time I tried taking benadryl at work, I ended up sleeping on the couch in the break room during my lunch hour LOL.  I've heard of tavist but never taken it.  I tend to have a high tolerance to most medications so its really hard for me to find something that really works.  My head feels like it's in a vice and all I want to do is go back to sleep.  ARGH Unfortunately today I had to go back to work and now I have idiot tenants trying to act like they know the laws better than I do.  Time to go tactfully knock this woman off her pedastal.  She picked the wrong day!!!!

My medical practice says it's safe to take robitusin cough and tavist.  Tavist was the only thing that helped me when I was sick and pregnant!  FEEL BETTER SOON!

Girl I got the same thing and ended up in the ER cause my head was hurting so badly.  They told me I can take Robitusin DM  and clairitin the regular and I'm taking tylenol for my head ache it's helping tremendously.

You can take benedryl, and it will help you sleep better too. I so totally know how you feel today, my whole body is so sore. I feel like I tried to run a damn marathon in my sleep last night. =/

My doctor told me to take benadryl. They said it's perfectly safe for baby, and we haven't had any problems....I felt the same way, and OMG, I feel for ya girl!!! Good luck!!!
