Is implantation bleeding the beginning stages of pregnancy?

It can. Only a test can confirm pregnancy though.

im going through a similar situation my last period was sept 17th 2010 and its now 10/27/10 so im late plus im experiencing nausea a lil bit of cramping and tired as crap i did 2 preg test both negative blood test neg today then i went to the bathroom 30mins go and had a few drops of light pink stain on my panties is that implantation bleeding can somebody help me and if so y is it so late coming and if so when should i test again

same as kiddumz I had it with my 1st but not my 2nd. its not all that common but obviously some women do experiance it. It can be frustrating, mine was the day af was due so I thought she was on her way. Fingers crossed yours is the beginning of 9 months!

Yes, implantation bleeding is (as stated above), the beginning sign of pregnancy, and also stated above, most women don't even have it. I did, with my first baby but not with my second. So it just depends on the person.

It happens in the beginning after the egg has been fertilized, but not all women will experiance this.
