Cradle that fits in parents bed?

I know this isn't the right forum but I was wondering if y'all had any personal experience in this? We just ordered one of those cradle things that fit in the parents bed. I was curious, are they uncomfortable to sleep with? We have a Queen bed and we both are small people. We just got it because I am set.in baby sleeping with me, both my other boys did, and my husband doesn't wanna spoil him to that like the older two were lol. What are yalls thoughts?! Is it a good investment?

Well we don't have to put it between us. I can sleep in the middle and put it on the outside with a guard rail, my husband and I've already talked about that (more for.our comfort then any other reason) but also he beverage faces the center of our bed he always faces the outside, he never moves I swear! Lol. AND as far as the body heat goes, my other two boys were hot natured and did just fine first off, second my husband and I both are hot natured so I imagine this one will be too! So we keep the room pretty cool in the evening. I'm not concerned because I don't believe federal laws would allow them to keep something on the market for so long that is a danger :)

I'm really against babies sleeping between parents, be in a snuggle nest or not. Rolling over is only one danger the other is baby not getting enough oxygen. Imagine being between 2 bodies giving off heat. The air doesn't get between and in the past that was blamed for a lot of baby deaths.

Do you know what it's called? Our first daughter slept with us, and sometimes still does, and I don't want the one on the way being so clingy, but I want her near. Like you, i'm a super light sleeper. I don't want to spend 250  on an arms reach, so I'd love to know what the one you got is!

Did she make any comments about the comfort for.her and her partner? We are just sinuses to sleeping right up.in each other cause for almost a a year we.slept in a twin bed.lol so even with this huge bed we.both are right on top.of each other.all.night.lol! So its gonna be hard enough with the cradle thing between us haha

Its a little bassinet/cradle thing that fits in the bed. Its like a baby bed inside a big bed lol. He isn't sleeping on our mattress at all. I know everyone tells me he doesn't need to sleep with me cause I could roll on him and whatnot but what people don't seem.to believe me about is that my 1yr old sleeps across the room.from.me and any change in his breathing I'm wide awake. If he squeaks or coughs or grunts or sighs or ANYTHING I'm wide awake. I've.always been that way when it comes to.kids of ANY age even if they're not.mine or I'm not in charge of them. I am an extremely light sleeper even on major pain meds. I have no.fear of having my babe sleep.with me. My husband isn't worried about that cause he knows I'm like that he just doesn't want our baby spoiled by sleeping with us, it was hard getting.our other son outta our bed. That's why we ordered this thing. I just haven't.known anyone personally that's used it, I've heard from people on here its safe and.effective I am just wondering about comfort.

Is it comfortable to sleep with?

How is there increased risk for sids if baby is in crib on bed? The parents aren't going to crawl inside of it ......anyways...I've never tried it. Could be worth it..at least your thinking safer. :)

Never heard of this but I'm totally against babies sleeping with parents! They r at higher risk for SIDS and I've known 2 babies to die from this it just scares me, ur baby could sleep next to the bed in a bassinet or something but it's ur choice
