Why must my family be so dramatic

Tomorrow is the big day where we find out what my little one is going to be. I invited my mother, father and grandmother. My boyfriend didn't invite anyone because his family is just fine with a call. Love his family lol. Well, this is my parents first grandchild and there flipping out, im also an only child...my parents are divorced and are in a vengeful state. A week ago everything was cool..then I find out my mom is bringing her boyfriend..i don't care to much cause its just a gender scan..well now my dad feels he should bring one..of his girlfriends..uuggh..Mom called up crying saying I didn't care about her and I should disinvite my dad, I tell her this is his grandchild to.  Now my parents are not stable people, and will not be alone with the baby..but I am hoping they act like adults tomorrow and realize this is the babies day.  Wish me luck Cause If they're going nuts about a gender scan..they're going to go crazy when its delivery time lol

If its goin to stress you out tell your family that they only allow immediate family in for the ultrasound and ten you can always tell your mom that doctor said only the baby dad can be in the delivery room! There is no reason to stress yourself or but stress on your baby because they want to act like children! Ultimately it comes down to the safety of you and baby!

Thanks :-)  and I am going to talk with them tomorrow about the while drama delivery room bit. Like no one but family. I really wanted my mom to be in there with me..but she likes to over react and make everything about her self. So im considering maybe just making it me and my boyfriend only. Which I know will start drama

not easy but make it clear if they dont behave like adults they will be asked to leave the room. now && at delivery. set your boundaries now

I wish I could, but my moms maturity age is that of a 5 year old. She will throw a fit and then it would be awkward for when I go visit her. I have my boyfriend playing bouncer so hopefully all will go smoothly.

GL and by the way tell your mom(if you dont mind) that her boyfriend can stay at home this is a time for you, your parents, and your grandmother. :)
