could I be in active labor rite now?

I was hospitalized for 3 days and given medicine so I wouldn't have my baby premature at 32 weeks I belive. So it's been over a month I'm not sure how long the medicine was supposed to last but for the past week and a few days I've felt little pains. I just finished going to the restroom i can feel myself having pains but it's not much just constant every 4 minutes or so for the past hour (not long) and point is went I went to pee I had to open my legs a bit to feel comfy on the seat and I felt like my body was starting to push by itself. And as I was about to run to my husband to rush me to L&D I noticed once I got up I had no urge to push. It's just as I sit especially if I open my legs. Could this be some odd side effect, or active labor or what cause I'm a bit frazzled. Any help please

Normal. I know I feel like that at times too, but nothing happens. I started to feel it around 36 weeks when I started dilating.
