Decrease in appetite..

I'm 8w 2d and I've notices my appetite has decreased the past few days. The first several weeks my appetite had increased alot and now my appetite has decreased all of a sudden. I'm not hungry as much and I get full faster. Is this normal?

I'm 24 weeks and early on I had this happen. My doc said it was just my body still adjusting to all the body changes and the farther I got the less I can eat at a time due to my daughter cramping up space for organs including stomach ....I just eat small amounts throughout the day

Eat what you can and snack on something healthy in between, drink enough water and remember take you pernatel vitmines. You will be fine. The craving with kick in soon. I already went thru my orange stage, French toast and cheesecake stage and now on to milk and cereal stage. Luckily most of them are pretty healthy :)

Had the same thing but mine was bc of nausea. I had night sickness. I would eat breakfast and lunch but come dinner time I wasn't hungry at all.

Its definitely normal. Your appetite will be back up the 2nd trimester. JusT eat what you can and when you can.
