Today is due date

so today is my due date and last night I had a few really bad contractions but still no sign of baby im a ftm and finally understand what a contraction feels like lol this pain was enough to make me hold my breath until they were over. But now I haven't felt any since then. I just wish it was easy and ftm didn't have to go any longer then 40 weeks because now I just feel terrible. I don't know what it means but could I possibly go into labor if I've felt these terrible contraction last night??

I can't tell you if it's the real thing but remembering to take deep breaths while having the contraction will help it not hurt so badly. Sounds weird but it's true. When you're tense it can make them feel worse. My l&d nurse kept reminding me to breathe and when I did the contraction was more manageable.

Ive been getting them since 37 weeks and im 38 weeks nw... its false labour if it stops but false labour leads to the actual labour so hopefully its ur time very soon! Every night I always think oh this is it!! Only to realise the next morning that it wasnt... -_-  because the contractions stop... :/
