vitamine B6 for morrning sickness? how much to take and when?
so i need someones help, ive heard some where that taking vitamine B6 a few times a day will help but im not sure how many times to take it, or when to take it and how much to take.... i just bought a bottle its 50mg tablets ..?

it's one pill a day, one 100 mg pill a day!
So if you bought 50 mg tablets, then 2 a day. You can take them together or one in the morning and one in the later afternoon. It'll take a few days before you notice completely that it has helped. =)
When you need to get a new container of b-6. Look for the 100 mg pill, I had a blue bottle with a tan or grey lid, or a pharmacist can point it out to you.
