Did anyone have HELLP syndrome twice?
Hello! Second time mom, 23 wks pregnant. I had HELLP syndrome with my first child that ended in an emergency c section. So far everything is fine this time around, but I'm terrified of developing it again.. anyone else have HELLP syndrome or stories to calm my nerves?!
It stands for 'hemolysis, elevated liver enzymes, and low platelets' it's a rare form of pre-eclampsia. But it's dangerous for mom and baby.
