So I had a small amount of brown discharge for two days on the second day I took a hpt and I didn't wait the full time to read results just thought it would be negative I went back an hour later n it was positive. So I took one that night and it was negative for sure. I don't know when my next period should be cuz I was on the patch and then took it off about 3 weeks ago nd I was never regular before. I'm expiriencing nasea and headaches. Pregnant? What do u think?

Thanks u all for ur advice I really appreciate it. I'm just gonna wait a week or to and see what happens. I am having some slight craping in like my overy area and some wierd slight crapming right abouve my pubic bone so I dunno I'm just gonna hope for the best and see what happens I really hope I am pregnant.

I would take another one with you first morning urine.  Since you were out of the time frame for the first one it is hard to tell whether that was really positive or not and the second one may have been inaccurate since you took it at night.  Your HCG levels may have been diluted too much at that time to give you an accurate result.  When are you due for your period?  Are you late for it yet?  If you get a negative and you are not late for your period then I would wait until your period is due to take another one.  If your period is over a week late and you are still getting negatives then call you doctor.  Good luck and I hope you get your results soon.

I would retest, but use first morning urine. If it's still early, it wouldn't catch it later in the day because you drink a lot of fluids throughout which can dilute it and cause a false negative.
