Plan B is an emergency contraceptive pill that is available in the U.S. without a prescription. It should be taken within less than three days of having unprotected sex.

There is a possibility she could be pregnant. Plan B is not 100% effective...I think it's only about 80% effective, give or take, if taken within the first 12 hours after unprotected sex. The longer you wait to take the pill in the 76 hour window you have to take it, its effectiveness goes down. And like the previous poster said, the Plan B pill will not terminate a pregnancy if she is  in fact pregnant.
If she has missed her period for November, she needs to take a test. However, the pill is also known for messing up the predictability of the menstrual cycle, so if she does in fact miss her period, that doesn't necessarily mean she's pregnant.
I'd recommend she take a test when her period is due, and if it is negative, take another test a week later. If her period does not show up by mid-Decemeber, she may want to consider seeing a doctor.
