what does -3 means ?

It means hes still high up...but he is most likely head down just not all the way down yet

That is the station your baby is in. a -3 means baby us still high up.

I believe it's ~ 3 is position of your cervix. Soft is how  "ripe" you are and close. Just means your not dilated. I'm pretty sure. Haha
