Discomfort

I have been feeling a lot of discomfort during my pregnancy but I've been feeling it for 2 days already im only 6 months pregnant sitting down laying down walking or even standing up I feel it its a horrible feeling what can I do to help me with this discomfort?

I would also try soaking in a warm bath before bed. It way help relax your muscles and help you get better sleep. Also try to make sure you're drinking enough water.
