Do much pain but no answers?

This morning when I got up to use the bathroom I couldn't even walk b/c I was having menstrual cramp like pains in my lower abdomen and it seldomely went to my back.. I figured they were Braxton hicks, but I began to have a constant throbbing sharp pain also only on the right side of my stomach. I went to the doctor this morning and everything looks great . My cervix was closed, my ovaries look good, khyrons growing just fine. They sent me home but I am still having pain in that one spot on my right side. The only time I don't feel it is when I'm laying down, but when I walk or go pee, that side of my stomach hurts soooo bad. It almost feels like someone kicked me as hard as they could and the sharpness just gets worse. It even hurts when I laugh. I have no idea what this could be and the pain *****! maybe I pulled a muscle? Or maybe his head is just ramming my tummy?! But its been almost 9 hrs and that pain in that one spot is still there! I'm 25 weeks and have never experienced this nor do I know anyone who has.. I just feel so clueless and curious to figure this out!!

Or like trying43 said it could be the siatic nerve if u were laying on your back also if this is your first baby then both ligament pain and siatic nerve pain can be worse cuz your body is not used to it. I had the round ligament pain really bad last week and I'm fine this week so it will come and go the more u grow.. its in the same area as u would wear a bikini and the waste and hip bands go?

If it goes down the thigh and inner part of ur leg sounds like the sciatic nerve also one of the joys of pregnancy! Not fun! Good luck.

I would see another dr.  It may be your appendix or gall bladder.  Both are actually fairly common to have problems with during pregnancy.  Good luck.

I am kind of having the same thing. At night when I lay down anytime I make the smallest move or try to turn over I get this excrutiating pain. It hurts so bad it brings tears to my eyes. It is always on my left side under my bump and it goes down to where my thigh and hip meet. It only happens when I am laying down. It has been happening for days now. The only thing I can think it could be is a muscle, everytime my doctor uses the doppler he always finds my babys heart beat on the left side... So maybe my baby is sitting on a muscle and thats what is causing the pain. Maybe its the same for you?
