discomfort what's wrong with me

Im 17w and it feels like im having a panic attack. It's really hard for me to breathe feels like there's 100pounds on my chest idk why or whats wrong with me help !!

I just feel there's no reason for me to have a panic attack :(

well that with sweaty hands and increasing heart rate and shaking is definitely a panic attack. I have them and sometimes you just have to walk around our call someone and talk distract yourself

I got that a few times around 15 weeks. Since I'm a baby about things like that, I called a nurse line and they told me it sounded like a panic/anxiety attack. Just take deep breaths, sip on some water and reeelaaxxxx.

Im going to try that it's just so weird it's never happened to me before like feeling that weight on my chest its very hard to breathe right now

Ok well first thing is try to relax your body. I have chronic athsma and know the feeling of breathlessness can be really scary.  Try putting your arms above your head and taking slow deep breaths In through your nose and out of your mouth. It always helps me.
