Doctors report :( bad news..

So I am going to my ob now every two weeks.. my report today was by far the worst it has been.

I am anemic which is what's causing my craving for sand and cat litter. No problem really I just went and got some iron supplements so hopefully that helps.

The bad news..

The swelling I have been having has spread from my feet to my hands and slowly to my face. Even my eyelids swelled but it wasn't more than an hour...

But now my doctor has me under watch for preclampsia.. I am terrified. I guess if I swell in the face for a few hours with no reduction I have to go to the emergency room.

Yeah I'm not worried about being anemic since its really common and easily managed. They caught it at my 24 week checkup but didn't tell me about it till now.
The preclampsia has me nervous though so I hope I don't have it either!

Anemic is something that can be fixed. They didn't find out I was until 33 weeks and by then my iron and hemoglobin were very low. Hope you don't have preclampsia

Yeah I have no idea either. They just said if I swell for more than 3 hours to go directly to the hospital because I'm having an episode ?
